The following was emailed on 7/6/11 and posted to the FB group page on 7/7/11:


Hi Cheerleaders/Parents,
 
T-minus three and a half weeks until camp! I have a few updates/reminders for you all.
 
1) There will be MANDATORY conditioning for both JV and Varsity the week before camp July 25-28 from 8 - 10 am. Any cheerleader that does not attend will be penalized with demerits NO EXCEPTIONS. The calendar is always posted on the website www.pbgcheer.yolasite.com.
 
2) Is anyone willing to host a pre-camp pool party after conditioning on either July 27th or 28th? I would like to do a separate pool party for JV and Varsity so that too much planning is not put on one person.
 
3) I know some of you have been buying supplies for goodie bags for the girls to take to camp with them. Coach Jenny and I talked about assembling them the week of conditioning. I would love for everyone to have the opportunity to contribute and help assemble them. I am shooting for July 26th around 6 or 7 pm. If you do not think you can help assemble them (please don't feel obligated to help!!) please feel free to drop off any supplies you have purchased the first morning of conditioning. Again, please do not feeling obligated to contribute. 
 
4) The remainder of all dues will need to be turned in by the last day of conditioning (Thursday, July 28th). I want to place the order for all optional apparel at the beginning of August. If I have not received payment for the optional items by then, then I will not be ordering thsoe items for that specific cheerleader. If you would like to know how much you owe, please feel free to email me.
 
5) I still need more drivers to transport cheerleaders to camp. We will be leaving the school at 8 am on Monday, August 1st and will depart Nova Southeastern University Thursday, August 4th at noon. Please let me know ASAP if you are able to help out.
 
6) Each cheerleader will need their SHOES (link to purchase them is found on the websitewww.pbgcheer.yolasite.com) and 4 pairs of Soffes (Royal BlueWhiteOrange, and Black) for camp. Soffes can be found at Dick's Sporting Goods, Sports Authority, Kohl's, etc. These are the same shorts they will be needing for practice throughout the entire season. Each cheerleader will need to wear bloomers/spandex underneath their shorts every day of camp as well (these can be any color/print... everyone can ask Aly where she gets her zebra print spandex).

7) We currently have over THIRTY sponsors. We are on the right track to raising money for new uniforms, but we are still not totally there. Please continue working on getting new sponsors. If you think you may have any large, potential sponsors, please contact me to dicuss what we can provide for them in return. I cannot stress enough that new uniforms are NOT a guarantee - especially with funding for sports being cut back. If you have any ideas of how we can get new uniforms, please submit them to me. I cannot make each cheerleader pay for their own uniform because that is a lot to ask. We will need to come up with this money as a team.
 
8) Lastly, anyone can at anytime submit photos to Coach Jenny to put on the website. We need more JV pictures so please submit!! Her email address can be found on the website so you can email her directly.
 
I cannot thank you all enough for the support and help that you give me. I am looking forward to a very successful and enjoyable season.
